Progress Reports
Today marked the end of the 3rd week of the 2nd six weeks. Progress reports will be distributed on October 22nd. You may check your students’ grades in parent self serve. You may access parent self by clicking here. If you have any questions about your child’s grades please contact the teacher.
PTA Membership
The Bailey PTA is only 8 members away from achieving the 3 Year High Award. If you have not joined the PTA, please consider joining and help us achieve this milestone. You can join online at www.joinpta.org
Yearbooks
Yearbooks are available for purchase online at balfour.com. You can start by clicking “shop my school” and entering Bailey Junior High. Click on “Bailey Jr. High School Arlington, TX” and then scroll down to yearbook products and ads and click “order now.” Enter your student’s information and click on “shop for this student.” Yearbooks are $38. Please contact Ms. Holder at aholder@aisd.net with any yearbook questions.
Trust Cards
We have many great students at Bailey Jr High that do great things each and every day. We think these students should be rewarded for their good behavior. Therefore, we are introducing trust cards. This week students received their trust card during their social studies classes. The trust card is a student ID that grants them certain privileges when they have it on. These privileges will begin on October 12th. You may view the October 6th email regarding trust cards by clicking here.
PTA Reflections Contest
Who likes Dutch Bros Coffee?? New announcement for Bailey kids: PTA Reflections WINNERS in each of the 6 categories will win a $20 gift card to Dutch Bros Coffee! Talk to your child about entering! Deadline to turn in entries is October 29. Start thinking now! Categories are Visual Art, Photography, Literature, Film Production, Dance Choreography, and Music Composition.
