Red Ribbon Week
Next week is Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon week is a drug-abuse prevention campaign. We will have dress up theme days each day next week.
Monday: Pajama Day
Tuesday: Mismatch Day
Wednesday: Animal/Herd Day
Thursday: Decades Day
Friday: Costume Day
School dress code still applies and please no Halloween costumes with weapons, fake blood, masks, or full face paint.
Picture Retakes

Progress Reports
Progress reports were distributed today. You may check your students’ grades in parent self serve. You may access parent self by clicking here. If you have any questions about your child’s grades please contact the teacher.
TEA Beginning of Year Assessment
Results are in for the TEA Beginning of Year (BOY) assessment. IF your student took one or both BOY assessments, a score report is being sent home along with progress reports on Friday, October 22nd.

Yearbooks
Yearbooks are available for purchase online at balfour.com. You can start by clicking “shop my school” and entering Bailey Junior High. Click on “Bailey Jr. High School Arlington, TX” and then scroll down to yearbook products and ads and click “order now.” Enter your student’s information and click on “shop for this student.” Yearbooks are $38.
