John-Gabriel Muñoz
8th Grade / Spanish Teacher
Spanish Club Sponsor

I graduated from Angelo State University with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in Kinesiology.  I moved to Arlington in 2004 and took my first teaching job at Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, TX. At CHHS I was given the opportunity to teach Spanish levels I and II.  I also got to run the Spanish Club from 2004-2006.  In May of 2006 I was ecstatic to be hired at the great Arlington High under Mr. James Adams.  While at Arlington High I had the privilege of teaching levels I – III and Pre-AP III.  While at AHS, I was the Chair sponsor for the classes of 2015 and 2019 and sponsor for the Latin Dance Club.  I was also Coordinator for Project SOAR and UIL Academics.  I joined Bailey Junior High in 2016 and teach the Spanish level 1 high school credit course.
