KEEP YOUR CHILD AT HOME WHEN:<\/h3>\nChild has a temperature of 100 degrees or higher
\nChild has diarrhea or vomiting
\nChild has a rash of unknown origin
\nChild has red, runny eyes or wakes up with eyes “glued” shut
\nChild complains of ear pain with or without fever\n

YOUR CHILD MAY RETURN TO SCHOOL WHEN:<\/h3>\nChild is fever free for 24 hours without the use of Tylenol or Advil
\nChild is free of diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hours
\nYou have consulted a physician for the appropriate therapy related to their illness
\nYour child has been on an antibiotic for 24 hours if they have any type of infection\n

Please note that if you would like your child to take medication at school, I must have an authorization form filled out by the doctor and parent\/guardian with how and when the medicine is to be given. All bottles must be properly labeled and all medication must be brought to campus by an adult. This includes over the counter medication.<\/p>\n
