AISD hosts prebid meeting at Workman Junior High

June 25, 2015 - The AISD and Pogue Construction hosted a prebid walkthrough meeting at Workman Junior High yesterday to allow potential subcontractors to see the building and ask questions about addition and renovation work scheduled to begin in mid-August.

The projects, funded by the 2014 Bond package, are designed to support the growing student population due to the consolidation of Hutcheson Junior High with Workman. A 16-classroom addition, renovations and life cycle upgrades will enable the building to support a strong education and safe environment for the students.

Bids are due to Pogue Construction, the project’s construction manager, by July 9, 2015, at 2 p.m. Construction documents can be viewed here on Pogue’s bidding website. Requests for information are due by Friday, June 26, at noon.
