August 8, 2019 - Signifiant progress in the construction of the new Wood Elementary library has been made over the summer. All the structural steel and metal framing is up, and the new library is scheduled to be completed in the late fall.
Inside Wood Elementary, the old library has been gutted and is being renovated into two new STEM labs. Other interior renovations currently underway include new carpet in the K-pod, renovation in the admin area, new water fountains, restroom renovations and new data cabling. Most of this work should wrap up this month.
These projects are funded by the 2014 Bond program.
