Project Status: Complete

Bailey's bond work was done in three stages: track construction, then lifecycle and deficiency work, and finally roof and window replacement.

For the lifecycle and deficiency scope, restrooms received renovations to make them more accessible. Four new offices were added in the library. The teachers lounge received renovations, and electrical upgrades were completed. A utility shutdown occurred last spring break to install a new electrical switchgear and ancillary transformers. Water fountains were replaced. New HVAC roof-top units were installed. The principal and secretary offices were demolished to make the clinic larger. The west parking/lane was redone with concrete.
