Project Status: Substantially Complete 

Athletic field renovations started in March and are now substantially complete. Sod for the field was installed at the end of November. The grass is now dormant for winter and will need time to take, so the field should be ready for use in the spring. The project also included re-doing some parking and installing a new concrete athletic court.

The lifecycle and deficiency scope is substantially complete and included major HVAC renovations, new water fountains and new paving and parking at the front entrance.

• Upgrade technology connectivity

• Add additional card access controls
• Replace and add parking
• Repair/replace and upgrade heating and A/C, electrical, interior finishes, plumbing, exterior, landscaping and site lighting
• Replace roof
• Replace outside blacktop area
• Improve site drainage
• Renovate athletic fields
