I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for several years and love nothing more! My first ever job began as a party host, but I grew to become an assistant manager. From then on, I knew Hospitality was the industry for me. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with my Bachelor’s in Hospitality Administration with a focus in Event Planning. During my college career I worked as both the Catering Manager in my college town’s sandwich shop, and Banquet Captain in my college town’s five star hotel and convention center. While going to school full time, I kept my plate full by staying involved on campus. I was Philanthropy chair of my sorority, as well as a member of Traditions Council to uphold all Lumberjack traditions and events, After graduation I moved to Pennsylvania where I worked as a Rooms Division Manager for Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. I made the decision to come back to Texas to become Trophy Club County Club’s Member Experience Coordinator, and now I am able to teach about this wonderful industry. I am so excited to share my knowledge and love for Hospitality! I believe if someone does not choose to work in this industry, they should still respect it since it is always all around you.
