At last Thursday’s AISD Board Meeting, the AISD Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center was presented with a new Fire Engine. This is the 2nd Fire Engine that the Arlington Fire Department donated to AISD. The first was in 2012 for the beginning of the partnership between AFD and AISD. This new engine will replace the 2012 engine, keeping AISD students up-to-date with the most current practice opportunities in preparation for a career in Fire Fighting or Emergency Medical fields.
