Analiese is always going above and beyond. She was selected by her classmates to be a Project Manager in class because of her ability to help others and ability to motivate. Although, she has missed time out of class due to extracurricular activities, she is always communicating to make sure she's getting her work done. I can count on her to help others without being dismissive or getting frustrated.
