March 5 - The new Kid Fit menu sponsored by Medical City Children's Hospital launched at 15 area Cotton Patch Cafes and by the end of May the menu will be in 55 locations across the DFW area. The three-course meal created by Julian G., Matthew G., and Christian P. was chosen for the menu. Their picture and names are also featured on both sides of the menu. The meal is a Chickadee bowl featuring corn, mashed potatoes, chicken, and brown gravy with honey glazed carrots and a fruit parfait rounding out the meal. The students were invited to the North Richland Hills location to see the menu for the first time, sign autographs, and spend time back in the kitchen preparing the dishes for service.
