Community Review and Online Recommendations

COMMUNITY REVIEW

Arlington Independent School District is inviting the community to review and provide feedback recommendations on instructional materials that Arlington ISD is considering for adoption for Proclamation 2024. The materials include Science K-12; Technology Applications Grades K-8; AP Spanish; Personal Financial Literacy and Economics; and select Career and Technical Education courses in Education and Training, Health Science, Hospitality and Tourism, Law and Public Service, STEM, Transportation and Business. The adopted instructional materials will be implemented during the 2024-2025 school year.

• The public may review the instructional materials being considered for adoption in-person from January 22, 2024, through January 24, 2024, at the Arlington Mac Bernd Professional Development Center located at 1111 W. Arbrook Blvd., Arlington, TX 76015 during the hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• In addition to in-person viewing, the public will have access to the digital instructional Proclamation 2024 materials. The publisher Proclamation 2024 instructional materials websites are listed below. Once you have reviewed all the instructional materials being considered for adoption, you may submit your top choice recommendations.

The public recommendation feedback can be submitted online using the Proclamation 2024 Recommendation form. The deadline for submitting feedback is January 26, 2024. The district's Instructional Materials Committee will review all responses before making final recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
