FYI - Please bring a breakfast treat or morning/afternoon snack to share 

Description: Drumming, singing games, and Kinder suggestions and activities will be presented for teacher participation.  A T-TESS Portfolio will be shared to help document classroom learning, performances, and student/teacher growth. Teachers will also collaborate on Foundational SLOsassessments and examples of how they may be used in 2018 – 2019. This session is for Elementary Music, and FADL Dance, Piano, and Theatre.

The Creative Process: Building A Community of Artists

Description: Through the use of Visual Journals, teachers will go through a process of visual and written dialogue to ignite the creative process. Teachers will develop a finished product focused on the theme of A Community of Artists. The session will provide a platform for classroom collaboration to promote a safe environment where all students are capable of learning. This session is strictly for the elementary art teachers on the August 14 district-wide Professional Learning day
