After-Hours Heating and Cooling Requests

The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are scheduled to operate in the schools on all regular school days, and in the administrative offices on all regular business days.  These systems normally operate approximately one hour before and one hour after occupied times. 

Requests for HVAC operation for all after-hour, weekend, or holiday events must be submitted via FS Direct for review a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Facility rental requests are made only through the office of the Chief Financial Officer. Please do not attempt to enter these at the campus level.

Please note, the HVAC systems are put into setback mode on all weekends and holidays unless prior arrangements have been completed.
