The AISD Purchasing Department is responsible for ensuring all District purchases are made in accordance with District, state and federal guidelines.
Notices for bids and request for proposals are published in the Fort Worth Commercial Recorder, posted on a bulletin board in the Business Office and posted online. Notices are also sent via e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail for vendors who have responded to a current bid in place, and new vendor applications for an active commodity/category being bid.
How To Do Business With AISD
Becoming a vendor with Arlington ISD is a two-step process:
- Step 1: You must register with the District. By registering with the District you are in our database to be notified when a bid matching your commodities is issued.
- Step 2: You must respond to a bid. When a bid is issued that matches your commodities, IonWave will send you an invitation to participate in that bid. If you choose to participate you must then complete the bid packet and submit by the deadline. Thank you for your interest in Arlington ISD.
