Attendance Information
Please notify the office at (682)867-2000 and your child's teacher if you have a change of any of the following:
- address
- e-mail address
- home/work/cell telephone numbers.
Please be sure the school office has a local number where you or someone you designate as responsible for your child, may be reached in case of illness, accident, or an emergency situation. Make sure to include your e-mail address on your child's enrollment form.
We encourage our students to have good attendance on a daily basis. Parents need to call the office by 10:30 a.m. on the day a student is absent. If the office does not receive a call by 10:30 a.m., you may receive a call at home or work regarding the absence. Absences are excused through the school office. Excused absences are only for illness and death in the immediate family. If a student will be absent more than one day, you may call and request missed work from the office. Makeup work is placed in the yellow basket by the cafeteria door.
