Dear Lynn Hale Families!
My name is Natasha Harris, and I am excited and honored to be your Principal at Lynn Hale Elementary School, Home of the Hurricanes. I was blessed to have served as the Assistant Principal of Hale Elementary for the last two years, and now I am READY TO PARTNER WITH YOU, our families, and every individual who serves our students at Hale to provide them with rich and meaningful learning experiences so that they can reach their full potential and become their best self.
I grew up in Ennis, TX and graduated from Ennis High School in 2000. From there, I attended Baylor University in Waco, TX where I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication with a Minor in Music in 2004. I discovered my calling to become an Educator in 2007 and started my teaching career that fall. I served in other schools for six years before joining the Arlington ISD family in 2013. Prior to coming to Lynn Hale, I taught three years at Thornton Elementary School in Arlington as a 4th and 5th Grade Teacher. In 2016, I earned a Master of Education Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children- Warren, Taylor, and Noah. I serve as a Worship Leader at Fielder Church in Arlington, where I sing in our Contemporary Worship Service. In addition, I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in K-12 Educational Leadership at Baylor University in Waco, TX.
I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be YOUR PRINCIPAL and do whatever it takes to make a positive impact on the SCHOLARS at our school so that they can achieve academic, social, and emotional success, as well as, attain a life-long love for learning. I know that this is going to be a great year at Lynn Hale and we are going to ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS TOGETHER! If you need anything, I am available and ready to serve you.
I am here to do all that I can for Each Child, Every Day, No Matter What It Takes!
Hale Elementary Principal
