Directs performance evaluation and research that provides statistical evidence of effectiveness of general and specific programs to inform administrative and curricular planning and decision-making at the campus and district levels. Develops and adapts system(s) to monitor progress toward strategic goals through comprehensive, diagnostic, and accountability measures to enable prioritization of district resources. Orchestrates the district-level strategic planning process and collaborates with the superintendent’s cabinet and campus principals to ensure alignment of district and campus plans with the district’s strategic plan. Oversees the planning and implementation of district-wide student assessment.
