Board of Trustees names principal of Career and Technical Center

June 23, 2016 – The AISD Board of Trustees announced Thursday its selection of Ginger Polster as principal of the new districtwide Career and Technical Center that will open in August 2017.

Polster has been the career and technical education coordinator since 2014, and prior to that she was a career and technical education specialist from 2010 to 2014. Polster was an assistant principal at Hill Elementary from 2007 to 2010, and she was the agricultural science teacher at Arlington High School from 1997 to 2007. Polster was an agricultural science teacher at Lake Worth High School in the Lake Worth ISD from 1996 to 1997. She has a bachelor’s and master’s from Tarleton State University.
