Workman Junior High receives new appliances for culinary labs

Dec. 5, 2016 – Workman Junior High received new appliances in its culinary lab last week. The refrigerators, oven, stove, washer and dryer and microwaves were paid for with Bond 2014 program funds.

The upgrades in the lab follow new flooring and cabinets that were installed over the summer, part of major renovations and upgrades at Workman.

All a part of the bond program, Workman received a new 16-classroom addition, a new entrance, expanded and renovated administration space, eight new classrooms within the existing building, an expanded cafeteria, new freezer/cooler and life-cycle upgrades.
