Academics

Many students at Atherton are involved in project-based learning. When they are working on projects, they are able to do independent and/or collaborative research and creative work that allows them to learn more in-depth about certain topics.

At Atherton, some of the ways that students who are working on projects benefit include having access to different resources such as iPads, Chromebooks, library books, and online databases. They also often work with more than one teacher on the same project (e.g., other grade-level teachers, specials teachers, and the librarian).
