Pre-bid meeting held at Martin High School

April 14, 2016 - Balfour Beatty Construction hosted a pre-bid meeting yesterday for bond-funded construction projects at Martin High School, Little Elementary and Miller Elementary.

In the meeting, which started in the Martin High School library, Kelly Johnson, Balfour Beatty's lead estimator on the project, reviewed the scope for each campus, the schedule and requirements for bidding. Attendees then had the opportunity to walk all three schools.

This package includes interior and exterior renovations, mechanical replacement and roofing replacement of Martin High School, Little Elementary and Miller Elementary.

All bids are due no later than Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 2 p.m. Proposals may be submitted by fax (866) 754-3274 or email bidday.dallas@balfourbeattyus.com. They may also be submitted by hand at 3100 McKinnon 7th Floor, Dallas, TX 75201.

The deadline for questions is Friday, April 15, 2016. All questions are to be submitted on the provided RFI form.
