Bid date for HVAC work at Johns and Goodman Elementaries set for June 13

The Arlington ISD will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals for general construction of the Johns Elementary HVAC replacement and Goodman Elementary HVAC replacement on Monday, June 13, 2016.

Each proposer shall identify his sealed proposal by typing on the outside of the envelope:
“CSP #17-11 ARLINGTON ISD – JOHNS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HVAC REPLACEMENT AND GOODMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HVAC REPLACEMENT"

Pre-proposal conference
A Pre-proposal conference will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016, at the Johns Elementary cafeteria (1900 Sherry Street Arlington, TX 76010).

Bids
Bids are due Monday, June 13, 2016, by 10 a.m., and should be delivered to the AISD Purchasing Office at the Administration Building located at 1203 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas 76013.

Proposals received after the advertised time and date, will not be considered or opened. Entire Work will be awarded under one, single prime general contract.
