Bids for bond work at Amos and Atherton Elementaries due May 9

April 12, 2017 - The Board of Education of Arlington Independent School District will receive sealed proposals for bond-funded renovations at Amos and Atherton Elementaries (CSP 17-79) until May 9, 2017.

About the project
The package includes adding two STEM labs, a strings room and security vestibule at each elementary, along with interior and exterior building and site life-cycle or deficiency upgrades.

Bids
Bids are due Tuesday, May 9, 2017, by 2 p.m., and should be delivered to the AISD Purchasing Office at the JW Counts Administration Building located at 1203 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. Late bids cannot be accepted according to law. Be sure to see the bid documents for full instructions.

Pre-proposal meeting
A pre-proposal meeting will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Atherton Elementary (2101 Overbrook Drive, Arlington, TX 76014). Visitors must check in at the main office before proceeding.
