Bids due Nov. 29 for bond construction at Hale and Burgin elementaries Pre-bid meeting Nov. 8

Nov. 2, 2018 - The Board of Education of Arlington Independent School District will receive sealed proposals for bond construction at Hale and Burgin elementaries (CSP 19-34).

About the project
The scope of work includes lifecycle and deficiency upgrades at each campus.

Bids
Bids are due Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, by 2 p.m., and should be delivered to the AISD Purchasing Office at the JW Counts Administration Building located at 1203 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. Late bids cannot be accepted according to law.

Pre-proposal meeting
A pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Burgin Elementary (401 E. Mayfield Rd., Arlington, TX 76014). This pre-proposal conference will be held in conjunction with CSP 19-32.
