Project Status: In Construction

The AISD hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 13, 2018, to kick off construction (see photos), and groundwork began the last week of September 2018 (see photos). Much of the exterior is now up. Some roofing remains and crews are working to get the building dried in. Other ongoing tasks include ductwork and installing curtain wall.


Project Scope

The districtwide fine arts center will serve the entire district, grades prekindergarten-12, with world-class performance and demonstration venues, along with classroom and gallery space.
