Project Status: Substantially Complete

Construction is now finished at South Davis, including the demolition and replacement of the existing drive and additional parking spaces. Renovations for the strings and music rooms, STEM labs and art room are finished, including a new kiln room. Roofing and mechanical renovations are also complete, along with repairs to the irrigation system.

Project Scope

• Add 2 STEM labs
• Add strings classroom
• Upgrade technology connectivity (new fiber)
• Improve existing site accessibility
• Add additional card access controls
• Add parking
• Repair roof
• Repair/replace and upgrade electrical equipment, heating and A/C, plumbing, fire alarms, interior finishes, exterior, landscaping and site lighting
• Replace K-pod (kindergarten building) flooring, roof and heating and A/C
• Upgrade security cameras and PA system (to be done by AISD security and technology departments)
• Replace switchgear
