Mr. Knierim is an Entrepreneurship Instructor at the CTC. Prior to becoming an educator, Mr. Knierim spent twenty-five years as a financial analyst and investment advisor. He has been a business, marketing and entrepreneurship educator for ten years. He facilitates teacher professional development on entrepreneurship in the classroom, and the entrepreneurial mindset. Kevin has been an Empowered Ambassador, served on district and state curriculum writing committees, is a District Model Teacher, chairperson for the Arlington ISD Career and Technical Education Community Advisory Committee, planning committee member for Global Entrepreneurship Week – North Texas, and Marketing/Operations Mentor for the FIRST Robotics Competition Team. Kevin is a Graduate of Abilene Christian University, has an MBA from the University of Dallas, and is currently completing his doctoral dissertation at Texas Wesleyan University. Kevin believes that providing innovative and experiential learning opportunities best prepares students for post-secondary success.
