The Dexter ProTour visited the CTC campus on Monday, December 11. The Dexter ProTour is a state-of-the-art, mobile cutlery education center designed to present the features and processes for the manufacture of professional quality cutlery. The presentation taught our students what goes into making a good knife and why it is important to have quality kitchen tools. That’s cutting-edge education!
