Culinary Arts had Carol Ritchie in April 19 as a guest chef. She demonstrated two salads with the help of several of our students. Next week three classes of Culinary Arts will be helping Chef Ritchie prepare for the Arlington Charities Help and Hope Event. The event is featuring a three-course tasting dinner highlighting Chef Carol Richie!
