Welding students and instructors built a jail cell for the Corrections students so they can have knowledge of the career field.
During Opportunity AISD, “guests” visited the “bed and breakfast” and suited up in orange to take mug shots and get the “jail” experience. It was a great opportunity to educate current and future students on the correctional system and job opportunities.
