Pre-kindergarten morning: 8:05 AM - 11:05 AM
Pre-kindergarten afternoon: 12:20AM - 3:20 AM
Absences
We encourage our students to have good attendance on a daily basis. Parents need to call the office by 10:30 AM on the day a student is absent. If the office does not receive a call by 10:30 AM, you may receive a call at home or work regarding the absence. If we are unable to reach you, the absence will be unexcused. Absences are only excused through the school office. Excused absences are only for illness and death in the immediate family.
Early Dismissal
If you need your child for early dismissal please be prepared to show your identification to the clerk at the front desk. This is to ensure the safety of your child. Also, we are unable to call your child to the office before you arrive. We know that this is sometimes an inconvenience but again this is for the safety of your child.
Make-up Work
If your child is absent more than one day, call the school office at 682-867-5100. Tell the clerk your child's name, teacher, and the reason for missing school. At that time, you may request your child's makeup work. You MUST call early in the morning to give the teacher time to get the make-up work prepared. You may pick the work up from the office after 3:00 p.m.
