• 5:00–5:30 PM – Principal Garcia will lead a whole-group meeting for all families, covering important campus-wide information.
• 5:30–6:00 PM – Classroom Sessions (round 1) – Families can visit their child’s grade-level classrooms to hear about grade-specific procedures and expectations.
• 6:00–6:30 PM – Classroom Sessions (round 2) – A repeat of the first session, designed for families who have children in multiple grade levels. Families do not need to attend both sessions for the same grade.
• 6:30–7:00 PM – Principal Garcia will hold a second whole-group meeting for families who were unable to attend the first one.
