The School Improvement Team, within the Office of School Leadership, develops and supports effective school improvement strategies to boost achievement in underperforming schools. We align our support to the Effective School Framework which was created by TEA to provide a clear vision for what schools across the state do to provide an excellent education for all Texas students.
