Bond Oversight Committee
The Arlington ISD Board of Trustees has appointed a Citizens Bond Oversight Committee to provide transparency and enhance public confidence in the use of proceeds from the sale of bonds. This page will be updated with information as the CBOC meets on a quarterly basis and the new 2019 Bond program progresses.
Capital Needs Steering Committee
The purpose of the 2025 Capital Needs Steering Committee is to provide recommendations to the Arlington ISD Board of Trustees for prioritized facility and identified capital needs through 2029 to support the District’s strategic plan.
Financial Futures Committee
The Financial Futures Committee (FFC) provides findings and recommendations from community stakeholders to the Board of Trustees (Board) relating to budgets and long-range financial planning to support the District’s Strategic Plan.
School Health Advisory Council
The School Health Advisory Council (SHAC), on behalf of the District, shall review and consider evidence-based strategies and techniques and shall develop nutrition guidelines and wellness criteria.
School Library Advisory Council
Under Arlington ISD board policy EFB(Legal), school boards may establish a local School Library Advisory Committee (SLAC) to ensure library collections reflect community values.
