Parents must complete the online SchoolMINT application before schedule prior to schedule card pick up. Please upload or bring a copy of a current (July or August) utility bill (Water, Gas, Electricity) or current Mortgage or Lease. Utility bills must show the service address. Leases must have the student listed as an occupant in the lease agreement.
