New Student Enrollment Schedule an Appointment

You are considered NEW if:

  • You did not finish the 2020 – 2021 school year at Martin
  • You did not attend Boles or Young in the 2020-2021 school year

HAVE YOU UPLOADED THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN PARENT SELF SERVE?

  • Student’s Original Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Social Security Card
  • Photo ID of Parent/Guardian: Driver’s License, State or International ID, or Passport
  • Current Proof of Residency: Gas, Water, or Electricity Bill OR Mortgage Statement/ Current Lease Agreement in the name of the parent/guardian – within 30 days of July 7, 2021. Service address must be printed on the document. If a Residency Affidavit or Educational Guardianship are requested, both parties must be present. Notarization REQUIRED
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Report Card or Transcript from previous school

If not, please go to aisd.net to register your student. All documents must be uploaded in your
Parent Self – Serve account prior to your appointment at Martin.
