📚 Testing Tips for the Night Before! 💤
Parents, here are a few simple ways to help your child feel confident and ready for testing:
✅ Make sure they get a good night’s sleep — at least 8–10 hours!
🥣 Give them a healthy dinner (and breakfast in the morning).
🎒 Help them lay out clothes and materials the night before to avoid morning stress.
💬 Offer encouraging words — remind them to do their best and not to worry.
🕒 Be sure they arrive on time and start the day calm and relaxed.
