Career:
I started my career 2016-2017.  I currently serve as adjunct faculty at Bryan University where I teach Business Communication and Medical Terminology/Coding.

Education:

I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Healthcare Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University. I earned a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management, with an emphasis in leadership, from Texas A&M University, I also earned an MBA from Amberton University. I successfully reached my educational goals by completing two doctoral programs. I earned my Education Specialist (EdS) K-12 Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from California Southern University.

Personal Life:

I am married with four adult children, ten grandchildren, and one adorable peek-a-pom named Ringo. I am a professional mediator, specializing in family, civil and domestic violence mediation. Prior to making the move to education, I spent several years in retail management, owned my own business, and worked for a major hospital network in North Texas.

Interests:
My hobbies include Scrapbooking, sewing, crocheting, tennis, swimming, traveling, reading, movies, and almost anything craft related. I enjoy playing the flute, piccolo, and strumming on my guitar. I value education, people, technology, research, and continuous improvement.
