This year all AISD schools will require that any family member who comes into our building on the first day of school and thereafter to have gone through the RAPTOR security system.
This is NEW for our campus. The system we plan to do is listed below to ensure the first day of school is easy, safe, and pleasurable for all.
Sneak A Peek:
-If you are planning to come to Sneak A Peek, each classroom will have a QR code to complete. We will have some information we need from you so we can pre-check you in prior to the first day of school.
-IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO WALK YOUR CHILDREN TO CLASS ON THE FIRST DAY, Wednesday, August 13th, we ask that you fill this QR code out. This way we can have a nametag made for you prior to Wednesday. Wednesday morning we will have tables out in the front of the building and your name tags will be in alphabetical order by last name. ALL families that enter with their student must enter through the front of the building.
Remember that we are NOT using the church parking lot this year.
-If you do not preregister, you will need to go to the front office with your drivers license or ID to obtain a nametag.
IF you are not planning to walk your student in to class but only to the front door, you DO NOT need to do any of this.
Due to this new system, Little Independence Day will be Thursday, August 14th. Learners will begin to walk to class on their own on this day. We will have lots of staff ready to make sure all students make it to their classroom or the cafeteria.

Congratulations to rising 3rd grader Isaac Benson who was honored at tonight’s AISD Board Meeting for being a National Math STAAR finalist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Isaac earned this honor out of 4500 applicants across the state of Texas. He was one of the 5 finalists in AISD. We are so proud of him and his family!
