Dear Colts,

Homecoming week is coming! Here is some important information regarding the week. Please note the rules and deadlines.

Spirit Days:

• No School: Labor Day
• No School: Student Holiday
• Wednesday: “Dress Like Adam Sandler”- Adam Sandler Day
• Thursday: Wear the HOCO shirt or an AHS shirt
• Friday: Dress your best. Mums and garters are allowed and encouraged! Please limit metal.

Dance Tickets:

• For sale during lunch in the cafeteria and after school in C200 Thursday, 9/3 through Wednesday, 9/9. Only 700 tickets will be sold.
• Pre-order only. No tickets will be sold at the door.
• Cost - $10

Hoco Breakfast:

• Date - 9/11
• Time - 7:00 am
• Location - AHS Cafeteria
• Entrance - 7:00, enter through New B for metal checks. No visitors.
• Students can enjoy light snacks and take pictures with friends. Wear your mums/garters! 

Pep Rally:

• Date - 9/11
• Time - Doors open at 1:30, pep rally begins at 2:00
• Location - Gym A
• Visitor Information - All visitors will be metal-checked. Clear bag policy enforced.

Dance Information:

• • Date - 9/12
  • Time - 7pm to 10pm
  • Location - AHS Cafeteria
  • Theme - Coltchella. Dress up as the theme or wear whatever you want instead! (School appropriate, of course.)

• Students must have school ID to enter
• No bags/backpacks allowed (small clutch/clear bag permitted)
• All attendees will be metal-checked upon entry
• No entry after 8:15. Once a student enters dance, no re-entry will be permitted.

Non-AHS Dates: We encourage AHS students to enjoy the dance with other Colts. However, as a privilege, we allow Non-AHS dates in grades 9-12 with approval from administrators from both campuses. If your Colt has a Non-AHS date, they will need to pick up the Non-AHS date form from any AP office and have it turned in to their AHS administrator by 9/9 to be assessed for approval. Late forms will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Note: This form is not quick to complete. You will need to plan accordingly to get all signatures completed by the deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS ON LATE FORMS.
