I began my teaching career here at AHS in 2021. I have always wanted to be a teacher since a young age, but I also decided that I wanted some flexibility in my life/career, so I graduated from The King’s University in 2018 with a bachelor in theological studies, and a plan to get my alternative teaching certification through Texas Teachers for Tomorrow afterwards. Before coming to AHS I served as a teaching assistant at Swift Elementary where I came to love AISD and discover that this was the place to be. Before entering the education field I spent most of my time in college (and a little after) managing at a restaurant and at a call center. I plan on getting continuing my education soon and pursuing a degree in English Literature, amongst other educational dreams.
