In the classroom, I focus on interactive, collaborative teaching methods.

On the tennis court, I focus on maximizing and building player’s tennis skills, fitness levels, life skills, and confidence on and off the court.

I started here at AHS in the 2022-2023 school year. I was at Arlington Lamar High School as their assistant tennis coach for 3 years (2019-2022). Before I started teaching science and coach high school tennis, I was a full-time Tennis Professional at the Four Seasons Resort and Sports Club in Las Colinas for 2 years (2018-2020). There, I ran their Junior Tennis Programs and taught adult and junior level private and group lessons to their members and guests. Before Four Seasons, I taught at the Dallas Tennis and Education Academy (DTEA) for 5 years.

I played tennis for Alcorn State University and ended up finishing up my undergraduate studies at UT-Arlington. I received a BS in Exercise Science in 2018. I graduated from Arlington Bowie in 2011, there, I was the #1 Boy on the Varsity Tennis Team as a Senior.

I was born and raised here in Arlington, Texas, and I’ve lived here my entire life! I have a lovely wife, Sydni, two daughters, Nola and Norah, and a dog, Bella.
