My name is Marquita Jones and I am new to AHS as of July 2023. I have received my Associates in Applied Science from Hinds Community College and was a long-term substitute up until 2012. I have recently began studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Education from UTA I moved to TX one night with a 1 year old in 2012 for a fresh start. My daughter is now 12 and going into 7th grade. I am excited to be back in a school environment and am ready for this upcoming school year! GO COLTS!
