Kick off the week by wearing red to show your support for heart health!
🦸 Tuesday – Superhero Day
Dress like a superhero because taking care of your heart makes YOU a hero!
🧦 Wednesday – Crazy Socks Day
Wear your craziest socks and take steps toward a healthy heart!
🏃 Thursday – Athletic Wear Day
Rock your athletic gear or favorite team shirt to celebrate staying active and strong!
💕 Friday – All Things Hearts
Wear hearts, pink, red, or anything heart-themed to wrap up our Kids Heart Challenge in style!
