We were honored to welcome a member of the Arlington ISD Board of Trustees to Crow Leadership Academy on Tuesday, March 24!
Mr. Larry Mike spoke with our 5th graders about his previous career in the military, including specialized roles and the opportunities his service gave him to travel and learn around the world. He also shared about his career as an attorney and the organizations he continues to serve with that support and advocate for children.
He encouraged students to work hard, take advantage of opportunities, and reminded them that the experiences they have now can help prepare them for their future.
We appreciate him taking the time to invest in and inspire our students! ... See MoreSee Less

After weather-related closures, it is important for us to thoughtfully restore as much classroom time as possible, so students remain on track academically. Therefore, Monday, March 23, 2026, will now be a regular instructional day for all students and staff at all campuses and departments.
February 16, 2026, was listed as an inclement weather make-up day on the 2025–2026 Arlington ISD Calendar. Due to this make-up day approaching in less than two weeks, the district has chosen to keep this day observed as a holiday for staff and students. ... See MoreSee Less
