Hello Families! We are so excited that we are days away from opening our annual Ditto PTA Holiday Shop from December 4th-8th.
The PTA loves getting to provide this Holiday Shop to the students as a way to shop for family and friends for the holidays. It is always such a fun and special time to see them explore, plan and shop for those they care about.
Here are some FAQ’s about The Holiday Shop: 1. Prices on items vary anywhere from .25 cents, .50 cents, $1 all the way up to $20.00, (though there are very few $20.00 "special buy" items).
2. On Friday. 12.1.23 The PTA will send home a "shopping list" for families to fill out with names and budget amount per person for students to shop for as well as help the holiday shop volunteers that will be assisting the students with shopping. You can return the list with your student during the next week when the shop is open.
3. There will be "scheduled class" times for shopping. You can send money with your student in an envelope or ziploc with their name and amount written on it. Checks can be made payable to DITTO PTA or can be left blank. The amount filled out will be used in its entirety.
5. No credit cards, only cash or checks.
6. The shop is open from 8:30-3:30. We view this as a fun time for the kids to shop for others (student only shopping). Don’t worry, there are volunteers who will help your student with counting money, shopping and finding gifts that fit their needs!
