Bond and Beyond: A Reading Space Race is back, and every book read together brings our Falcons closer to some pretty awesome rewards! 🏆

🍗 9 books: Free kids meal at Raising Cane’s
🎒 12 books: Arlington Public Library “Swag Bag” AND a spot on a paid celebratory field trip to Camp Thurman on Saturday, April 3!

That’s right, Falcons. Read 12 books, and you could be headed to Camp Thurman! 🤩

🚀📚 Foster families, let’s get our Falcons on the leaderboard! 📚🚀

The district’s Bond and Beyond: A Reading Space Race is back! Starting September 14, fathers and father figures are invited to read with their 3rd–6th grade students and help Foster climb the leaderboard. Every book read together brings us one step closer to the top! 🏆

We’d love to see Foster families make a big showing this year and help our campus—and our library—earn some well-deserved recognition. Let’s show the district what our Falcons can do! 💙💚

📚🤝 Making new friends in the library! Our Pre-K Falcons enjoyed a reading of How Do You Say? Como Se Dice?, then practiced greeting new friends with a friendly “Hi, my name is ___” and a handshake. Next, they chose a friend they haven’t gotten to play with much yet and explored Maker Space centers together! 🚀✨

🎉🦅 Foster Falcons made their mark at the Arlington ISD Board Meeting on August 27! Our very own 6th grader, Naomi Rischard, had the honor of opening the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. 🇺🇸

Foster was also recognized for having the greatest improvement in Parent Engagement & Satisfaction and Inclusive Collaboration across the district! We are so proud of our students, families, and staff for helping make Foster a place where everyone belongs and every voice matters. 💙💚
