This past Friday, we celebrated our 1st 6 weeks of school Perfect Attendance, highest grade level attendance, and homeroom attendance winners!! We also celebrated our Heart 💚 of a Highlander(Character Awards) recipients!
At Hill, our attendance goal this year is 96.5% (aiming for 97%). Our 6th grade students won as the highest grade level who surpassed our goal by achieving 96.7%. We celebrated them yesterday with a Pop Up Popcorn 🍿Bar Party!!
Ms. White’s 5th grade homeroom led our grades 3-6 classes by achieving 98%% attendance, and Mrs. Barzyk’s class led the Pre-K- 2nd grade classes by achieving 97.6%. Both of these classes earned extra recess!!
Our perfect attendance students were all recognized and had their names drawn on our BIG Wheel as we chose 8 overall winners as recipients for Big Candy 🍫 bars!! “Spin that Wheel”
Next week, we will highlight some very important Academic Achievements!!
